Using Rhino-3D as my design tool, I have used several Rapid Prototyping (RP) systems to fabricate jewellery. These are Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sinctering (SLS) and Fusible Deposition Modelling (FDM). The relative ease in changing certain parameters in a digital file allows customization of each design to accommodate a client's preferences.

Silicone rubber casts are mostly from CNC milled molds. Where CNC milling is not possible, SLA molds are used.
